Bruce Levine of ESPNChicago.com is reporting that the Cubs have hired former Texas Rangers hitting coach Rudy Jamarillo to fill the same role with the Cubs. The contract is reportedly a three year deal worth $2.42 million. The contract makes him the highest paid coach in baseball.
